Police have identified a 36-year-old bicyclist who was killed after being struck by two vehicles Thursday evening, Jan. 8. The driver of the first SUV that hit him fled the scene and has not been identified. Tomek Paluch was riding his bicycle on Birch Street in Bristol at about 5:31 p.m. when he was struck by a vehicle believed to be a gray or silver SUV, police said. The driver did not stop.
