State Officially Declares Site Of Norwalk Condo Fire A Disaster
NORWALK, Conn. — The state of Connecticut has officially declared a December condominium fire that displaced dozens in Norwalk as a disaster, meaning that those affected will be eligible for low-interest disaster loans, according to the Hour. A fire that broke out at the StoneWood Condominiums on Richards Avenue in Norwalk on Dec. 11 displaced all the residents of the complex's 54 units.
