Tipsy Moose Tap & Tavern will open a brand-new location in Delmar, marking its fourth Capital Region outpost, the restaurant announced Monday, July 21.
Already a favorite in Latham, Troy, and Albany, the Tipsy Moose is known for pairing hearty, shareable comfort food with rotating craft beers, cocktails that showcase local spirits, and an all-around cozy, cabin-inspired vibe.

Motorcyclist ID'd After Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash In Troy
A motorcyclist was killed in a single-vehicle crash in the Capital Region.
The wreck happened in Troy, along 2nd Avenue near 107th Street, at around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 10, according to Troy Police.
Kyran Nardolillo, 39, of Albany, was riding south on 2nd Avenue when he lost control and struck a parked car, suffering serious injuries, police said. Despite receiving emergency medical aid from both police and fire department medics, Nardolillo was pronounced dead at the hospital.
It was not immediately clear whether speed or impairment were factors in the crash.

Two teens threw Albany’s Fourth of July celebration into chaos by firing a gun and a flare, sparking a building fire and injuring four people, police said.
The juvenile defendants – both 15 years old – were arrested Thursday, July 10, in connection with the volatile incident that erupted around 10 p.m. Friday, July 4, along Madison Avenue, just steps from the Empire State Plaza.
